I am speaking twice on day one of the Resolution Institute Conference 2026 in Adelaide, on trust in the age of AI and on customising resolution across statutory contexts.

About the event
The Resolution Institute Conference 2026, The Perfect Blend, brings together mediators, arbitrators, family dispute resolution practitioners, judges, lawyers, academics and regulators from across Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
I am part of two sessions on day one, both in the Ferguson Room and both in the Broad Facilitative Dispute Resolution Stream.
11:30am to 12:30pm. I'll be chairing the panel discussion on Ai in Dispute Resolution and I will finish off with a presentation on Trust in the Age of AI: Social Media, Reality and the Power of Curiosity. There will be time at the end for questions and discussion.
2:15pm to 3:00pm. Customising Resolution Across Statutory Contexts with Rebecca Apostolopoulos - Manager, Mediation at the National Native Title Tribunal.
