What steps are you taking to ensure your mental health and wellbeing?
As conflict managers it's crucial for us to pause and reflect on our mental health and overall wellbeing. Join us for a reflective practice workshop with Shiv Martin where she will delve into various, non-clinical, aspects of workplace wellbeing, offering insights and strategies to promote wellness.
During this session Shiv will discuss practical, work based strategies that assist in identifying and managing the psychological toll of conflict work. As conflict managers and people managers, we will explore a range of non-clinical skills and strategies in a reflective practice format. We will cover the following content, and introduce a number of resources and tools for further development
