Panel members
- Angela Durocher – Angela is an experienced and nationally accredited mediator, lawyer, trainer and mentor. Angela has been engaged in complex dispute resolution across a range of state and national jurisdictions for over 15 years. Angela is currently the Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. In this role, she conducts case management conferences and conciliations within the administrative review jurisdictions including worker’s compensation, social services and the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Angela also delivers on key ADR projects to ensure the continued improvement of the Tribunal’s ADR processes and procedures.
- Karl Manning - Karl is the Director of Mediation and Conciliation and Acting Adjudication Registrar at the Queensland Building and Construction Commission. He is an experienced lawyer, a nationally accredited mediator and family dispute resolution practitioner with years of experience working and teaching in dispute resolution in a range of settings across the government, private and not-for-profit sectors
- Shiv Martin – Shiv is a nationally accredited mediator, practising lawyer, conciliator, decision maker and certified vocational trainer. Shiv has engaged in complex dispute resolution, stakeholder engagement and team building in the government, education and justice sectors for 15 years occupying various Executive and senior panel appointments for state and federal agencies.
- Kirsten Eades - Kirsten is the Executive Director of Community Justice Services for DJAG and leads, amongst other business areas, the Dispute Resolution Branch (DRB) and the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management (BCCM). Both are dispute resolution services providing a variety of mediation, conciliation, and adjudication processes. Kirsten currently serves as a Director on the AMDRAS Board (formerly MSB / NMAS) and has been involved in the development of and the transition to the new standards over the last 12 months.
